WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of these products and the time it takes to make them, I do not offer refunds unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.

 

If you change your mind before the product is shipped, contact us and we may be able to arrange a refund. No refunds after shipping.

HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

As with any bag or accessory the more care you take in looking after it the longer it will last. Every care has been taken to ensure the paint will not chip or peel. Our products have been finished to a high standard to ensure they are durable and wear well.

Our products come in their own cloth bag for protection, which we suggest you use when storing the item to avoid sun damage.

WHAT IS A CUSTOMISABLE LABEL?

Products above £10 come with a leather label and as an added bonus there is an optional choice of adding up to three initials to customise the tag. The tag then doubles up as a separate keychain, perfect if you’re giving the item as a gift.

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT-WRAPPING SERVICE?

Yes, luxury Packaging is equally as important to us as the product. If your purchase is a gift or is going straight to the recipient we will send you your invoice separately.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM COMMISSIONS?

If you are interested in having one of our range in a specific colour combination and pattern please contact us to arrange a consultation. Custom bags and accessories come at a higher cost and will take 4-6 weeks to make and ship.
